Dr Cameron Barker leads the software team at Infleqtion UK. His work focuses on software architecture for the full quantum stack, integrating end-user interfaces - both internal & external - all the way down to hardware access. He is a key maintainer of Superstaq, Infleqtion's software platform that uses proprietary, cross-layer optimization techniques to deliver significantly better performance on real devices, and is preparing Infleqtion's quantum control stack for the fault-tolerant and high-performance-computing era.

Claire is an accomplished experimental physicist with a strong background in quantum optics, spin-photon interfaces and quantum networks, having previously led her own research group as a Dorothy Hodgkin Royal Society Fellow at the University of Cambridge. Notably, Claire demonstrated the fastest two-node quantum network (2017) and a world-first collective quantum memory (2019 & 2024), using optically active semiconductor quantum dots. Claire subsequently worked at Microsoft Research Cambridge, in their hardware group ‘Optics for the Cloud’. Now, she leads the technical team at Nu Quantum towards creating the 'Entanglement Fabric' that will enable quantum computers to scale.

Hannah is the Director for Technologies, Growth & Security in the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology. She is responsible for the secure proliferation of emerging technologies including Engineering Biology, Quantum Technologies, Robotics and Advanced Materials, determining how Government invests, regulates and partners with academia, industry and other countries. Hannah also leads core elements of the UK's Industrial Strategy focused on the high growth Science and Technology sectors and is responsible for the direct investment activity of the National Security Strategic Investment Fund (NSSIF) as a core intervention in the security and growth of emerging technologies. Prior to joining DSIT, Hannah was Director for Advanced Manufacturing in the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, supporting the transformation of core industrial sectors including Automotive and Aerospace.

Alexandra Moylett is the Quantum Error Correction Group Lead at Nu Quantum, where she works on understanding the challenges of implementing quantum error correction in a distributed setting. From 2020 to 2024 she was a Quantum Scientist at Riverlane, where she worked at the intersection of quantum algorithms and quantum error correction. She holds both a Master of Engineering in Computer Science (2015) and a PhD in Physics (2020), both from the University of Bristol.

Dr. James Sexton is an IBM Fellow for Future Computing Systems at IBM Research Europe, Dublin. Dr. Sexton received his Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from Columbia University, NY. His areas of interest lie in Advanced Computing, Computational Science, Applied Mathematics and Analytics. Prior to joining IBM, Dr. Sexton held appointments as Lecturer then Professor at Trinity College Dublin, as postdoctoral fellow at IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, at the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton and at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. He has held adjunct appointments as Director and Founder of the Trinity Center for High Performance Computing, as a Board Member for the Board of Trinity College Dublin, as Senior Research Consultant for Hitachi Dublin Laboratory, and as a Hitachi Research Fellow at Hitachi's Central Research Laboratory in Tokyo.

Austin S. Lin supports quantum technology standards in Silicon Valley and previously managed supply chain manufacturing for data center power and thermal infrastructure in the tech industry. He serves as Head of the United States National Committee to the IEC/ISO JTC 3 - Quantum Technologies and as Chair of the Standards & Performance Metrics Technical Advisory Committee at the Quantum Economic Development Consortium (QED-C). He holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Johns Hopkins University and is an elected Fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (F.AIChE) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

Michael Hush is the Chief Scientist at Q-CTRL, a quantum technology company developing infrastructure software and next-generation quantum sensors. He leads multidisciplinary teams advancing quantum computing performance, including improved algorithm execution on real quantum hardware, and delivering real-world quantum sensing applications such as quantum-assured navigation for GPS-denied environments. He has driven major technical milestones and collaborations with global partners including DARPA, IBM, and Lockheed Martin.

This endeavour requires cross-industry collaboration and alignment across each layer of the computing stack: quantum processors, interconnects, entanglement network, middleware, system integration, software, algorithms, and applications.
